Experienced Administrative/Personal Assistant
Greenstar Landscaping Company is seeking a career minded, entry level Administrative/Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate must be able to follow direct instructions and have excellent typing skills. A strong background in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), customer service skills, and organizational skills is required. The ideal candidate will be an efficient, speedy multi-tasker who will handle clients in a professional and courteous manner. We are only seeking applicants with a minimum of 6 months+ experience working in an office setting. Our office is located in South Miami, Florida, 33143. The ideal candidate MUST live within 20 miles of 33143. Long term commitment is preferred. We offer competitive pay ($9.00 - $10.00 an hour).
Ideal Candidate, Responsibilities and Duties:
- Proficient PC skills including composing emails, typing proposals and documents.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is a must (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Must be able to type 40+ words a minute.
- Excellent writing skills with a focus on correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Calling and emailing customers
- Checking voicemails and logging voicemails
- Data entry
- Scanning and filing documents
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have the following:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months+ experience working in an office setting
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Marketing and light sales experience a plus.
This is an hourly, long-term position.
